Hi, I'm Moni... I'm so glad you're here

I strongly believe that we are in a never ending process of becoming.

With an interdisciplinary approach to movement, my practices are rooted in traditional yoga asana, philosophy, neurology, and creative and functional movement. I provide my students the opportunity to create, experience and embrace change to live a more creative and authentic life that unique to them.

By moving, sensing and feeling through varying movement perspectives, my students learn how to direct attention, listen with awareness, release tensions and move more freely.

I invite you to experience yourself in movement and cultivate experiences that will lead you towards a more creative, unique and fulfilling life.
