The first Sunday of every month starting from 4th February 2024, Moni will deliver a 90minute online group Masterclass, via zoom, that will focus on a specific aspect of yoga, Feldenkrais or movement training.

About Moni
Meet your Teacher
Hi I’m Moni, I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Ashtanga, lignment focused Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200, RYT500), Body Weather Performance Training Practitioner. I am certified in the Original KTkali Ayurvedic Massage. I have a BA in Dance/Drama and a Masters in Physical Theatre. I also specialise in an interdisciplinary embodied approach to movement education.
Fascinated by the mind body in motion, I have dedicated my career to the practical, as well as philosophical, study of embodied movement training practices that fully integrate the relationship between the body, mind and environment.
