1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and participating in Online Masterclasses (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service The Service provides online yoga classes, including but not limited to video content, live streaming classes, and downloadable materials (collectively, the “Content”).
3. User Registration To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register and provide personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
4. Payment and Refund Policy Fees for the Service are as listed on our website. Payments are due prior to accessing the Service. All sales are final, and refunds are provided only at our sole discretion.
5. Use of the Service You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license, or otherwise transfer or use any Content unless we give you explicit permission.
